PROCEDURES FOR TFS MORTGAGE EXPRESS
1. Mortgage Solicitor is required to collect all documentation as required by the Mortgage Express Checklist.
Important note: In order to enjoy the benefits of quick turnaround time and streamlined processing, it is imperative that complete packages be received by TFS Mortgage Corporation, Inc. in a timely fashion. In the event that we receive an incomplete package, it may result in a return of the application package to the submitting representative.
2. TFS Mortgage Corporation, Inc. will complete the mortgage application using the information provided by you. Our objective will be to deal directly with the clients as often as possible in order keep the process moving smoothly. We would like to reserve the right to involve the representative in the follow up, depending upon the need for your involvement. We will attempt to limit your involvement to:
- Rate locks
- Extension of expired documents
- Follow up if the client is being unresponsive
3. The Mortgage Solicitor will receive ALL compensation for this loan as determined by the rate lock and pricing, as well as all contest points to be credited
