Tom Hyland attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ on a full academic scholarship, graduating Cum Laude in May 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and English. He began his 22 year career in financial services with McLaughlin, Piven, Vogel, Inc. on Wall Street, rising to the position of Vice President. Tom left the firm in early 1987 to launch his own independent financial planning practice, which he has maintained for the past 22 years.

Later in 1987, Tom joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc., now located in Lincroft, NJ, and was instrumental in the formation of its subsidiary broker dealer, TFS Securities, Inc. In 1989, he formed TFS Mortgage Corporation, a correspondent mortgage banker licensed in New Jersey and Florida. In 1990, TFS Insurance Agency was formed to further expand the insurance business at TFS. In 1995, he started TFS Income Tax Preparation Services and, in 1997, Tom spearheaded the firm’s move into the asset management business with the creation of the Investment Advisory firm now known as Innovative Market Trends. He has served as President of each of these subsidiary companies since their formation.

Joanne began her diversified career in 1976 as an Administrator in the Package & Design Department of E.R. Squibb & Sons. In 1982 Joanne left Squibb and joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc., where she handled various Administrative duties for TFS Insurance Agency, Inc.

While at TFS, Joanne assisted in the establishment and launching of TFS Securities, Inc., a TFS subsidiary. She has served as Chief Executive Officer of TFS and subsidiary companies since 1992. She holds the Series 7 and 24 registrations. Some of Joanne’s principal responsibilities are overseeing administrative duties for all of the TFS family of companies. She also acts as a liaison for Presidents Council Members and TFS Managers. Joanne oversees compliance, commissions, corporate reports, firm accounting, conferences and technology. Under her guidance, the TFS house is a happy house due to her honest and sincere management and regulation of employee relations. Joanne resides in Colts Neck with her husband, Dave and enjoys all of her free time spent with her three children, David, Nicole and Kevin. When she is not with her family, Joanne enjoys reading.

Robert Giarraffa attended St. John’s University in Queens, NY, graduating in 1968 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry, where he worked for 15 years. Bob was concurrently a member of the Army National Guard, from 1969 to 1976. He went on to attend Fairleigh Dickinson University, graduating in 1976 with an MBA in Finance.

Bob began his career in the financial industry as a Financial Advisor in 1978. He went on to found New Horizons Financial Services in 1982 and is an OSJ Principal with TFS Securities, Inc. in Lincroft, NJ. In 1993, he created Backdoor BudgetingSM, a Federally Registered method used to analyze cash flow for.

Bob developed and introduced Dynamic Asset Allocation Management to TFS Securities and has been the Lead Portfolio Manager for Innovative Market Trends (formerly TFS Portfolio Advisory) since its inception in 1996. Bob currently manages the Dynamic Asset Allocation Portfolios, the Buy/Hold Plus Portfolios, ESMAP Work Plan Portfolios and Variable Annuity Allocation Models.

Bob currently holds FINRA Series 1, 7, 24, 63 and 66 Securities Licenses and is licensed in over 30 states. He also holds Life and Health Insurance Licenses and is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative. He has been a member of the Financial Planning Association (formerly the International Association for Financial Planners) since 1983.

Bob sponsors and plays on the New Horizons Financial Services softball team. He enjoys playing ping-pong and pool, as well as designing Microsoft Excel programs and reading non-fiction books. Bob enjoys traveling and is an advocate of complementary medicine. In his hometown, he was a member of the Randolph Open Space Committee from 1999 to 2007 and is a member of the Randolph Chamber of Commerce.

Nicole joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services Inc. in June of 2007 after graduating from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in psychology. As an Operations Coordinator for TFS Securities, her responsibilities are many and varied. Nicole is responsible for the handling and oversight for all of our Direct Mutual Fund and Annuity business. She is also responsible for assisting with the daily brokerage operations. Always available for representative assistance, Nicole is hands on when it come to assisting in the on boarding and transition of newly signed registered representatives. Nicole is also the Operations Coordinator of Innovative Market Trends, our proprietary actively management platform. As IMT’s Coordinator, Nicole helps run daily operations, including trading, account reviews and other administrative tasks. Nicole’s designations include General Securities Representative, General Securities Principal, Registered Options Principal, Financial & Operations Principal, and Municipal Securities Principal.

Tammy joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc., in December 2003. Tammy brings to TFS Securities, Inc., 13 years of investment related experience. As a Financial Services professional with a well-rounded career history that encompasses all aspects of the investment industry, Tammy has a proven track record of success in areas of sales support, operations, management and compliance. Prior to joining TFS, Tammy was a manager for Prudential Investments where she developed, created and implemented an Operations / Research team designed to support internal and external wholesalers nationwide. As a Sr. Operations Coordinator, Tammy is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the broker dealer operations as well as the compliance team. Tammy is also responsible for training and developing staff, all aspects of compliance, conducting audits for independent advisors, and legal. Currently residing in Sayreville, Jennette joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc. in 2000 and serves as Operations Coordinator for Pershing, our Brokerage Platform. An integral part of the TFS Securities team, Jennette handles the daily operations for Pershing. Overseeing the opening of accounts, trading, asset movement, and account reviews, Jennette is our primary contact for all things Pershing related. In addition to making sure that trade requests are processed in a timely manner, some of her many responsibilities include assisting representatives in all areas relevant to Pershing . Quick to provide detailed advice ranging from every day account transactions to the on boarding and transition of newly signed registered representatives, Jennette’s in-depth knowledge of the platform and complete understanding of NetExPro’s functionality make her a valuable asset to our Registered Reps.
