Tom Hyland attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ on a full academic scholarship, graduating Cum Laude in May 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and English. He began his 22 year career in financial services with McLaughlin, Piven, Vogel, Inc. on Wall Street, rising to the position of Vice President. Tom left the firm in early 1987 to launch his own independent financial planning practice, which he has maintained for the past 22 years.

Later in 1987, Tom joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc., now located in Lincroft, NJ, and was instrumental in the formation of its subsidiary broker dealer, TFS Securities, Inc. In 1989, he formed TFS Mortgage Corporation, a correspondent mortgage banker licensed in New Jersey and Florida. In 1990, TFS Insurance Agency was formed to further expand the insurance business at TFS. In 1995, he started TFS Income Tax Preparation Services and, in 1997, Tom spearheaded the firm’s move into the asset management business with the creation of the Investment Advisory firm now known as Innovative Market Trends. He has served as President of each of these subsidiary companies since their formation.

Eric joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc. in 1996 and currently serves as Vice President of Marketing. In this capacity, Eric is responsible for sales management, marketing supervision, field development, plan design, representative inquiries, training seminars and overall promotion of TFS and affiliated companies. Prior to joining TFS, he was a sales manager with Prudential Financial. Eric graduated from Monmouth University where he earned a B.S. in Bio-Chemistry. Eric resides in Toms River with his wife, Gail and their two children, Jennifer and Scott. He has over 17 years experience in the financial services industry and is an excellent source of information regarding securities, insurance, and mortgage products and services. Highly experienced in sales and marketing, Eric can also offer ideas and materials to make your selling, recruiting and prospecting easier.

Dominick Fiore joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc. in 1998 and currently serves as Vice President of Marketing. In this capacity, Dominick is responsible for sales management, marketing supervision, field development, plan design, representative inquiries, training seminars and overall promotion of TFS and affiliated companies. Prior to joining TFS, Dominick was a sales manager with New England Financial and a representative of John Hancock Financial Services. He graduated from Montclair State University where he earned a B.S. in Finance. Dominick resides in Howell, New Jersey with his wife, Donna, and their two children, Marissa and Donnie. He has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry and is an excellent source of information regarding securities, insurance, and mortgage products and services. Highly experienced in sales and marketing, Dominick can also offer ideas and materials to make your selling, recruiting and prospecting easier.

Christina Read has been with TFS since 1987, and through the years, has held many different positions with TFS and affiliated companies. She is currently the Executive Marketing Director, directly responsible for the oversight and implementation of all TFS Marketing Plans. Her functions and duties include managing Advertising, Trade Shows and Direct Mail Campaigns. She also organizes, plans and coordinates all events, including Training Sessions, Preferred Partner Meetings, Success Forums and other events. As a direct liaison for all our existing wholesalers, preferred vendors and marketing directors, she oversees and supports all TFS Marketing Efforts.

Lisa started with Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc. in 1993 with a departure in 2000 to have her now eight year old son, Evan. In 2005, Lisa rejoined the TFS companies, filling in where needed. Currently she resides in her old chair as an Executive Administrative Assistant, serving as a Client Service Liaison for Thomas Hyland. She also assists the Marketing Team in overseeing and tracking marketing campaigns, print advertising and direct mail marketing. Lisa also manages the maintenance and tracking of the TFS recruitment database as well as executive New Account updates. Lisa lives in Brick Township with her husband of 13 years, Fred, and their son, Evan. She spends her free time enjoying her two guys or, in her rare moments alone, she is doing what she loves best reading or writing in her journal.
