Tom Hyland attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ on a full academic scholarship, graduating Cum Laude in May 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and English. He began his 22 year career in financial services with McLaughlin, Piven, Vogel, Inc. on Wall Street, rising to the position of Vice President. Tom left the firm in early 1987 to launch his own independent financial planning practice, which he has maintained for the past 22 years.

Later in 1987, Tom joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc., now located in Lincroft, NJ, and was instrumental in the formation of its subsidiary broker dealer, TFS Securities, Inc. In 1989, he formed TFS Mortgage Corporation, a correspondent mortgage banker licensed in New Jersey and Florida. In 1990, TFS Insurance Agency was formed to further expand the insurance business at TFS. In 1995, he started TFS Income Tax Preparation Services and, in 1997, Tom spearheaded the firm’s move into the asset management business with the creation of the Investment Advisory firm now known as Innovative Market Trends. He has served as President of each of these subsidiary companies since their formation.

Joanne began her diversified career in 1976 as an Administrator in the Package & Design Department of E.R. Squibb & Sons. In 1982 Joanne left Squibb and joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc., where she handled various Administrative duties for TFS Insurance Agency, Inc.

While at TFS, Joanne assisted in the establishment and launching of TFS Securities, Inc., a TFS subsidiary. She has served as Chief Executive Officer of TFS and subsidiary companies since 1992. She holds the Series 7 and 24 registrations. Some of Joanne’s principal responsibilities are overseeing administrative duties for all of the TFS family of companies. She also acts as a liaison for Presidents Council Members and TFS Managers. Joanne oversees compliance, commissions, corporate reports, firm accounting, conferences and technology. Under her guidance, the TFS house is a happy house due to her honest and sincere management and regulation of employee relations. Joanne resides in Colts Neck with her husband, Dave and enjoys all of her free time spent with her three children, David, Nicole and Kevin. When she is not with her family, Joanne enjoys reading.

Kimberly Hartney joined TFS Mortgage Corporation, Inc. in 1993 and currently serves as Vice President. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, new product development, final processing of all new business, as well as assisting our registered mortgage solicitors in finding the products and services best suited to their client’s needs. Kim resides in Middletown with her husband, Michael and son, Colin. She is actively involved in English bulldog rescue and enjoys gardening and reading in her free time.

David comes to TFS Mortgage Corporation with over 7 years business experience in financial Industry. David currently hold series 7, 26, 63 securities licenses, life and health insurance licenses and also is a mortgage solicitor. David is responsible for maintaining and increasing the overall mortgage production for TFS by increasing the number of representatives producing business, as well as helping associates increase their current production. He will be available to help our associates to analyze their production for marketing opportunities and to identify areas where mortgage planning would be appropriate. David stands ready to meet with you to help establish a unique marketing plan that will help you to maximize your production and revenue in this area. He will provide in-office training, case programming, and stands ready to go in the field to work with you and your clients.

Mark Sanpietro joined TFS Insurance Agency, Inc. in 2007 and is currently the Insurance Commission Coordinator, responsible for tracking all commissions flowing through TFS Insurance doors. Mark will also be the contact person to answer any commission questions you have or issues you need to be researched. Mark also currently assists as our new business coordinator, entering case information in to our online status database, as well as ensuring that all medical requirements that are needed are ordered. Prior to joining TFS Insurance Agency, Inc. Mark worked for 10 years in the Securities Industry. Mark has his Associates Degree in Marketing from Middlesex County College. Mark can help you track down any Insurance commission concern or statement that you may need.
